Learn to save lives and stay safe in nature

With training in first aid, search and rescue from the Red Cross, you will be equipped to take responsibility in situations where it really matters.

The goal is for you to become an approved emergency worker and gain valuable expertise, whether you want to pursue a career in health, rescue and care, or you want to be someone who can help when someone needs you.

This will be the year where you get to experience nature up close, feel physical and mental mastery, while also forging strong bonds with those around you.

We spend the night in tents, snow caves, hanging huts and under the open sky.

🧗‍♂️ Climb where the view takes your breath away

We test our fear of heights in beautiful outdoor bouldering and climbing areas such as "Beachen", Via Ferrata Loen and Hornelen.

🎿 Top tours

We go on mountain tours both summer and winter. Here you can try everything from cycling, telemark skiing, snowboarding and randonee.

🧊 Ice swimming, skating and hockey

We take refreshing baths in the middle of winter and warm ourselves in a lovely sauna or by the fire.

🌪️ Stormy night at Stadt

West by the sea, you will experience the forces of nature as we hunt for autumn storms and spend the night at Kråkenes Lighthouse.
