Electives
You have over 30 electives to choose from and you can choose as many as you want! The length of the electives varies from 1-2 hours per week, and they may vary slightly from year to year.
Ice bath/morning bath
Start your day fresh with a swim in the fjord, year-round. Here you can really kick-start your body!
Surfing in Hoddevika
Do you want to surf in one of Norway's surfing paradises? Hoddevik is just a short drive away! Whether you're a beginner or an experienced surfer, this is the place to test your surfboard and get some salt water in your hair.

Do you want to get involved in your local community? We'll help you find the right team or organization for you.
Physical training
Here you will find strength training and HIIT training (High-Intensity Interval Training) in a good combination. We run short and effective sessions where you really get to challenge both your fitness and strength. If you like a fast and tough workout, this is the class for you.
Student-directed electives
Do you have a special skill you want to share with others? Student-led electives mean you can help create the subject yourself and let your fellow students learn something from you.
Riding instructor
For those who want to learn more about teaching, leading and communicating with riders at different levels.
You will gain insight into how to plan and conduct a riding lesson, and how to set up exercises that are suitable for both horse and rider.
Functional training
Become stronger, faster and more enduring with functional training! You will learn exercises that challenge your entire body and get sessions that combine strength, mobility and fitness.
Urban agriculture
-from farm to table! Urban agriculture is about how to use urban land to grow food. We have two greenhouses and a large kitchen garden that we use to increase our knowledge about what it takes to grow our own food.
Climbing and bouldering
Want to climb an indoor climbing wall right next to the school? Here you can train your strength, technique and balance. The goal is for you to get a steeplechase certificate – proof that you know how to belay and use autobelay.
