Line trip to Portugal
Do you dream of riding a beautiful Lusitano that dances away in a perfect passage? We travel to a first-class riding school in Portugal. Here you will have the opportunity to try everything from basic dressage riding to the more advanced passages and piaffes. No matter what your level, the combination of these beautiful, highly trained horses, and the high quality of the teaching will make you develop your dressage skills.
Ride beautiful and skilled horses
The equestrian center is conveniently located so that it is a short distance from your room to the stables, dining room and to the arena both indoors and outdoors. There is also an outdoor area with a solar-heated swimming pool with sun loungers that is open all year round. If you find the sun too strong, there are areas with shade. Since it is located near the coast, it will rarely get too hot, even in the hottest months of July and August.
You live at the equestrian center and share a room with 2-4 friends. The rooms are simple, but clean and comfortable. Each room has its own bathroom and single beds.
For meals they serve delicious traditional Portuguese food.
Experience exciting Lisbon
We will also enjoy a few days in Lisbon, the capital of Portugal. Here you can experience a city that is one of the oldest in Europe. Lisbon is characterized by steep hills, where there are also trams that you can follow. The hostel we are staying in is a beautiful building that was previously the Swiss embassy.
In Lisbon you can visit the long beach and the Alfama district along the water that divides Lisbon in two, with the big city of Almada on the other side of the bridge. There is a lot to experience in Lisbon.
We can take a tour of the old castle Castelo de Sao Jorge, or wander the streets of the older district of Belem. If we are there on the right day of the week we also have the opportunity to take a tour of Thieves Market, a large and famous flea market.
