Saskia has a burning commitment to communicating art and developing unique artistic languages ​​in others. She has extensive experience from several art fields and a strong background as an artist, teacher and advisor.

Education and experience

• Bachelor of Fine Arts and Education from Amsterdam University of the Arts (2008).

• Extensive experience as an artist, art teacher and art advisor within various art fields.

• Competence in working with a range of materials such as paint, stone, ceramics, wood, metal, glass and recycled materials.

• Has collaborated with artists and curators on several projects, including at Førde High School.

Interests

• Inspired by nature's textures, colors and shapes.

• Passion for experimenting with materials and creating balance between memories, emotions and art.

• Works extensively with site-specific works and installations that connect art and architecture.

• Passionate about creating an inspiring learning environment where students can develop their artistic potential.
