Khang is the head chef at the school, and challenges the students with many new and exciting flavors. With his good mood, he spreads joy and enthusiasm among both students and colleagues.
He is a trained chef from Sandsli High School and has an impressive career behind him. With experience from various restaurants in Bergen, Paris, Amsterdam and Copenhagen, he has a broad expertise and a deep understanding of food culture. He has previously worked at renowned places such as Colonialen and Lysverket in Bergen and Aske on Nordfjordeid. Through these experiences, he has developed a distinct style and a rich repertoire of food knowledge.
Khang is a father of three, enjoys Japanese anime and TV series, enjoys gathering herbs, berries and mushrooms, and has a great passion for barbecue and baking.
With his versatile background and passion for culinary arts, he is an inspiring person who has contributed to creating an exciting and vibrant food culture both at school and in the local community.
