This is the holiday for those who want to both perform and enjoy! In February you will get the perfect combination of tough training sessions and well-deserved relaxation in good company.

A week full of energy and development

The whole week is about mastery, the joy of training and replenishing energy. You can expect a varied training plan with everything from power workouts, warrior programs and hyrox sessions to powerlifting and technique training. Here you will sweat, have a high pulse and a lot of energy - perfect for those who like to challenge themselves. After hard sessions, relaxation, a refreshing bath or quiet yoga classes await you to stretch out and recover.

There will also be plenty of time for fun and experiences outside the gym. We take short trips and explore the area, including a dolphin safari where we get to see the majestic animals up close. We visit the local market, where you can stroll between the stalls and maybe taste something new, and we like to end the day with dinner at one of the good restaurants nearby.

The hotel serves healthy and varied food that gives your body everything it needs. Breakfast gives you a good start to the day, for lunch there is a salad bar, and for dinner you can choose between hot and cold dishes from the buffet.
